Sebastian Garcon is the managing partner of Alamo Angels, an influential angel investor network supporting early-stage startups across San Antonio and South Texas. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Garcon came to the U.S. on an academic scholarship and earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. His career includes prominent roles at the A&M Innovation Center and a leadership position at Alamo Angels, where he has helped grow its membership and expand its regional impact, deploying over $7 million into more than 50 startups. Garcon is recognized for fostering investment opportunities and building collaborative ecosystems for entrepreneurs throughout the region.
