Deeply invested in education and workforce development, Holt chairs Early Matters, an organization focused on expanding access to high-quality early childhood education. His commitment to the community extends from hands-on experience in youth organizations to championing systemic solutions for generational poverty through Pre-K for SA and related programs. Holt is a University of the Incarnate Word graduate and an advocate for elevating San Antonio’s talent pipeline from the earliest years.
